Our service is statistically 4 hours if you are on contract, plus we promise our 95% first fix rate, with no parts or return call required.

Customer Friendly Pricing

ALL call-out/service charges are a fixed price for however long the call-out takes and NO charge for returning to-fit parts if required. You just pay for the discounted parts.

If you are on a 4- or 8-hour service agreement the call out is free, including parts and consumables. Our SLAs are 100% and have never been broken. Please note that all prices for printer repairs and servicing are excluding VAT.
